The design and production of the mechanical part, has the purpose of moving the workpieces that need heating, and is strictly linked to the type of application and to the method with which induction heating is carried out.
The machines combined with induction systems are the most varied: ranging from continuous feed systems of billets, bars, tubes, pipes, wires, etc. rotary tables with piece loading/unloading manipulators, up to simple automations. The mechanics is also designed for specific applications as melting furnaces with manual or automatic configuration, for the handling of mechanical parts such as in rotor driving systems, for the moving of pans in specific systems and for all special applications.
The conception of the most suitable machine for a specific application is always the result of already gained experience and specific knowledge of various mechanical issues (ranging from steelworks in which the sturdiness and reliability of the construction is essential, to other cases in which movement precision is a priority).
Several time the importance and complexity of the mechanical part is comparable or grater than the electric and thermal part as with special machines for heat-treatment of work-pieces in the automotive field or with continuous casting equipment of precious alloys.
